>Description:
X sometimes loses pixels in pixmaps, as seen in this ASCII art
rendition by Bill Studenmund:

> _ _ _ _ where "-" represents no pixel drawn, and "*" represents a
> drawn pixel.
> _ * _ *

>How-To-Repeat:
It's known to occur in amaya and Enlightenment under Xmacppc. It has
also been reported in Enlightenment under XalphaNetBSD. All of the
reported cases have been when using an 8 bit display.
>Fix:
Unknown. I'm hoping other people have seen this and will add more
information to this PR that will help track down the bug.
