Sysinst on the arm32 cannot write to the memory root-disk. It produces
the 'no free inodes' error message.  If I try to use an already
partitioned disk, and install on to that, sysinst fails when it tries
to run fsck on. I don't know if the latter problem is related to the
former or not.

Try to install NetBSD1.4 on an arm32 system using sysinst.
