I think the best fix for both this problem (and PR#7598, which is for
all intents and purposes the same), is to have pwd_mkdb and friends
simply refuse to add accounts for user-names > UT_NAMESIZE in length.
(and of course to make damn sure that everything storing or presenting
user names is aware of and respecting of UT_NAMESIZE! ;-)
Making the entire system treat user names as unique for the first
UT_NAMESIZE characters and allowing (and preserving!) any greater number
of characters would be a noble thing to do, but I don't think it's
pragmatic, nor would it maintain the best compability with NetBSD
closest cousins.
