	The man page for the AMD master configuration file is missing.
	Since am-utils v6 is rather new, and the functionality of
	amd.conf may be very useful, this is somewhat irritating.

	"man amd", note reference to amd.conf(5).
	"man amd.conf", note no manpage found.
	"ls -lR /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd | grep amd.conf", note no output :-(

	Import amd.conf manpage from am-utils release.
