System: NetBSD arresum.inka.de 1.4A NetBSD 1.4A (ARRESUM) #338: Sun Apr 11 13:13:55 MEST 1999 bernd@arresum.inka.de:/home/work/obj_i386/src.i386/sys/arch/i386/compile/ARRESUM i386

>Description:
Press a key and hold it and watch the delays after some chars
	(between 8-20).
This is not limited to autoreat of one key, it also happens
when you just type words (like i do in this pr).
This problem happens under the console and in an xterm.

What is more serious is that the clock losses between 4-6 seconds in
one minute which doesn't happen under Windows.

	I have a P-II 400 cpu with an Asus P2B board.
