>Fix:
	The configure script fails when  --with-mysql=.... is specified
	but can't find the appropriate header.  It also has trouble with
	--with-apxs without appropriate installation.

	Options:
	1) Do checking for installations in Makefile - we've seem to have
	   avoided this so far with other packages; or at least haven't
	   gotten round to it (this would be prefered, I guess)
	2) Hack at configure.in and build a patch for configure.
