The libPropList package should probably go in the devel category.  I
debated including libPropList as part of the windowmaker build
process, but I decided it would be easier to just separate it out as a
new package and simply add a dependency in windowmaker.  This also
makes new updates to Window Maker easier to incorporate into the
pkgsrc tree.

I also included a wmthemes-0.51.x package that puts the fetched theme
tarballs into a subdirectory under /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles to reduce
clutter, and fixes pkg/6732.

/usr/pkgsrc/mk/mk.conf.example should probably be updated to include
the LINGUAS and WINDOWMAKER_OPTIONS make variables.  The documentation
for these variables is in /usr/pkgsrc/x11/windowmaker/Makefile.
