I have updated the grapics/tgif package from tgif-3.0p17x to
tgif-4.0.6.

Updated pkgsrc is available at
http://www-mtl.mit.edu/~mcmahill/netbsd/tgif-4.0.6-pkgsrc.tgz

Many thanks to the tgif author who has enthusiastically accepted
the NetBSD patches I gave him so we have ended up with an
