The "Confidentail" setting in send-pr seems to be totally useless to me.
Aside from the fact that pr's marked "confidentail" end up on the web
interface, and get posted to the newsgroup.. one could argue that a
community of 100 some odd developers is hardly "confidential".

Set a PR to confidential, enclose confidential information.  Reel in terror
as it is posted to the mailinglist anyhow.
