System: NetBSD hopper 1.3H NetBSD 1.3H (MULTIA-ROUTER) #0: Sun Sep 6 00:01:36 EDT 1998 mycroft@snorklewacker.mit.edu:/u1/var/tmp/MULTIA-ROUTER i386
>Description:
The NetBSD 1.3.2 dhclient-script(8) man page appears to contain a
couple of minor but confusing errors. In one case, it appears that
dhclient-script is referred to as "dhclient.conf", and in another
ARPCHECK is used when ARPSEND is meant.
>How-To-Repeat:
man dhclient-script
>Fix:
Here is a context diff with what I believe to be right.

  .SH OPERATION
When dhclient needs to invoke the client configuration script, it
writes a shell script into /tmp which defines a variety of variables.

  .SH ARPCHECK
The DHCP client wants to know if a response to the ARP request send
! using ARPCHECK has been received. If one has, the script should exit
with a nonzero status, indicating that the offered address has already
been requested and should be declined. $new_ip_address and
$interface are set as with ARPSEND.
