The ipnat examples don't mention that they require that "options
GATEWAY" or "sysctl -w net.inet.ip.forwarding=1" be in effect before the
translation rules will have effect.

>How-To-Repeat:
Don't config a kernel with options GATEWAY, and try to use IPNAT.

>Fix:
Either add a notation in the GENERIC file next to the pseudo-device
ipfilter, or add some notations in the example files in
/usr/share/examples/ipf/
