>Description:
	getNAME from makewhatis complained:

getNAME: first .SH section is not "NAME" in
		`/usr/share/man/man7/mmse.7'
getNAME: first .SH section is not "NAME" in
		`/usr/share/man/man7/groff_mmse.7'

This happened because the man page in question in written in Swedish.
>How-To-Repeat:
	makewhatis
>Fix:
	NLS support for getNAME, perhaps?

Maybe time for multiple "whatis" indices,
	one for each supported language?
