>Description:

getNAME SIGBUS'd when handed a file without a NAME section as
the first .SH. The file in paticular was ps2frag.1 and the
first section IMPORTANT NOTICE had many (perhaps 30) lines
with embeded troff/man commands and lines of text. There was no
	NAME section in the manpage.

>How-To-Repeat:

	/usr/libexec/getNAME /usr/pkg/man/man1/ps2frag.1

>Fix:

Perhaps making getNAME a little less presumptuous (e.g. scanning
for the text ``.SH NAME'' instead of just ``.SH''.
