	When installing prcs (1.2.2, 1.2.3, ...) it looks if there's a
	emacs installed somewhere, and puts two files (prcs.el, prcs.elc)
	into emacs' private directory if found.

	Currently these two files are not being cared for, but should.

>How-To-Repeat:
	install emacs, then install prcs, delete prcs, see two files left
	in $LOCALBASE.

>Fix:
	dunno exactly - look if there's some emacs in post-configure
	or so, and modify PLIST accordingly.
