>Release: NetBSD-1.3.1
	Amiga4000, CyberStorm060, CyberSCSI Mk II,
	NetBSD 1.3.1 GENERIC kernel,
SCSI-Bus: HD (ID 0), HD (ID 1), CDROM (ID 2), ZIP (ID 3),
		CyberSCSI MkII (ID 7)
[uname output intentionally deleted, as NetBSD 1.3 works
	well with this hardware configuration]

During configuration of the devices on the SCSI bus, the
kernel panics. These are the last few lines before the panic
(of course the first line appears only if the kernel was
	configured with SCSIVERBOSE):

	scsipi_inqmatch: 2/5/1 <, , >
	cd0 at scsibus1 targ 2 lun 0: <TOSHIBA, CD-ROM XM-3401TA, 2873>\
		SCSI2 5/cdrom removable
cbiisc0 at line 1215: unexpected MESSAGE OUT phase
	panic: kvtop: zero page frame

With NetBSD 1.3, the "cd0 at scsibus1..." line is followed
	cbiisc0: !TC [intr 10, stat 87, step 1] prevphase 6, resid 0
	cbiisc0: !TC [intr 10, stat 82, step 1] prevphase 6, resid 0

	More information available on request.

Boot a GENERIC NetBSD/amiga 1.3.1 kernel on the hardware
	configuration shown above.
