>Description:

sysinst cannot complete an installation using ftp if DNS is not available.
This should not be the case - it makes sense to be able to have a network
connection between two machines with no DNS available, using only IP numbers.
The other day I installed NetBSD on a friend's i386, and had to ftp the
distribution files over by hand from my box, and install from a local dir-
ectory. It was not a stunningly clean process.

>How-To-Repeat:

Try to install NetBSD onto a system via FTP, with no DNS available.
