Doesn't yacc fill your needs ? bison is gnu's version of the historical yacc, 
which comes with most Unix and Unix-like systems.
Ifd yacc isn't enougth for you, you can find bison on ftp.gnu.org in /pub/gnu,
or any mirror site.
