	Network doesn't work normally when NE2000 compatible ethernet board(ne0)
	is used with My PentiumII machine(337MHz drive).
	The round-trip time of ping from the outside is about 1000ms.

	Every

>Fix:
	After an address is assigned with ifconfig,

	    # ifconfig ne0 down
	    # ifconfig ne0 up

	Then, it works normally.


	Or, it works normally by the following patch.
