>Release: <NetBSD-current source date> NetBSD-1.3 Beta
>Environment:
200Mhz PPro, 64MB, SCSI disks, installing 1.3 beta

>Description:
It would be nice if the install tool wrote a log file
describing exactly what it executed in performing the
installation. That way, if something goes wrong, the
user has a chance of recovering. The installation
procedure should also be documented to the point that
a reasonably intelligent person could do it by hand,
if the tool was not working. (If the log file could
be formatted as a runnable shell script, with comments
where appropriate, that would be even better--that way,
subsequent installations could be automated.)
