	Look in sys/kern/tty_pty.c and look in pty(4).  Notice that
	TIOCPKT_IOCTL exists but is not documented.

	It would be nice to know how reliably it exists too.  Checking OSF/1
	and Solaris 5.5 man pages, they deny its existence too.  Who knows
	about this, please tell me? :)
