It is common these days to use a single fs for / and /usr.
I just used sysinst to install the above system, and install got very
upset when /dev/wd0e was zero sized.  Ie. no separate /usr.
At several points the install process did not cater for the lack
of a separate /usr.

I ended up completeing the install by hand and all was well.  But 
the above should be fixed asap.
