System: NetBSD 1.2G NetBSD 1.2G (BEORN) #2: Mon Sep 22 19:46:14 PDT 1997 scotte@Intrepid:/home/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/BEORN i386

A netstart.local and a NAT entry in rc.conf would be
appropriate additions to continue the current trend of isolating user-changes
from the actual system startup files. netstart.local could be used for
things like dhclient, and adding the NAT option to rc.local is logical
considering that IPF is already present.

Add commands at the end of netstart to run rc.local, make changes to
standard rc.conf and startup files to offer easy starting of NAT.
