System: NetBSD orwell.southern.net 1.2C NetBSD 1.2C (_SUN4C+FB_) #2: Mon Feb 17 11:48:22 GMT 1997 root@orwell.southern.net:/usr/src/sys/arch/sparc/compile/_SUN4C+FB_ sparc

>Description:
	The directory /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/src contains
tarfiles of the -current source tree... _except_ for /usr/src/Makefile.
When people upgradde from an earlier release using these tarfiles
they will still have an old copy of /usr/src/Makefile with obvious
	dangers.
>How-To-Repeat:
Upgrade from an earlier installation of NetBSD & wonder why
'make build' doesn't work (as well as it could be expected to)
>Fix:
Possibly one of: (In increasing unpleasantness :)

	a) Copy usr/src/Makefile into that directory.
	b) Create a Makefile.tar.gz for consistency.
	c) Include usr/src/Makefile in etc.tar.gz.
	d) Move usr/src/Makefile into a subdirectory and include it from
	   a 'one line' usr/src/Makefile.
