	/usr/share/misc/termcap has the following entry for bsdos:
	mh=\E[=8F
	and then pc3, still the default console for NetBSD, is equal to
	bsdos.  This may work on BSDI but it certainly doesn't on NetBSD.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Run screen, which will attempt to translate underline (ESC [ 4 m) to
	mh.  Every word supposedly underlined is prefixed by '8F'.

	Change the pc3 entry in /usr/share/misc/termcap to:
