>Description:
When you use /bin/mt to control a remote tape it tries to
set the TCP_MAXSEG value for the connection to 1024. This
fails for networks where the absolute maximum segment size
is smaller than 1024 with EINVAL.

When this happens /bin/mt aborts with an error message where
it could silently ignore the error.

>How-To-Repeat:
try "mt -f remotehost:/dev/nrst0 rewind" where remotehost is on a
network with a mss smaller than 1024 (such as an arcnet)
