Under NetBSD, the -r flag is a noop.  Under other systems (FreeBSD,
for example), -r allows exporting of regular files.  NetBSD's mountd
allows passing -r as a compatibility feature.

NetBSD's mountd always allows exporting of regular files (like Sun's
mountd).

Note the usage string doesn't mention -r, either... this in intended
behavior.

Anyhow, as such, I'm going to close the PR.
