	from /usr/src (or /usr/src/includes)
	'make includes' is not installing a <machine/kcore.h> file into
	/usr/include
	so, things like kvm and ps don't build.
>How-To-Repeat:
	rm -rf /usr/include
	cd /usr/src
	make includes
	cd /usr/src/lib/libkvm
	make
	...
	kvm_m68k.c: machine/kcore.h not found
>Fix:
	work around is to make a symlink to ../m68k/kcore.h from
	/usr/include/machine/ (but i normally dont 'make symlinks')
