	The man pages for link_addr and link_ntoa are installed without the
	'_' (underscore) in the name.
>How-To-Repeat:
	'man link_ntoa' fails
	'man linkntoa' works
>Fix:
	change src/lib/libc/net/Makefile.inc to install links to the
	correct file names.

	(BTW for 'severity' above, any chance of a notion of 'annoying'
	as opposed to the current on-critical, critical etc :-)
