Kernel Hackers 'r' Us
System: NetBSD sun-lamp.pc.cs.cmu.edu 1.2_ALPHA NetBSD 1.2_ALPHA (SUN_LAMP) #51: Fri May 31 00:54:46 EDT 1996 firstname.lastname@example.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/SUN_LAMP i386
There is no sl(4) manual page describing the SLIP pseudo-device 'sl'.
Take a look through a number of kernel config files. note the
lines like 'pseudo-device sl'. Try to figure out what the is
and how to manipulate it by saying 'man 4 sl'.
'man slip' yields the slattach manual page. this is arguably
bogus, as well, and should point to sl(4), which should reference
the slattach page.
Somebody should write a sl(4) manual page, etc.
