Subject: Duplicate IPs

If you introduce an IP address to the local network which duplicates the
IP address of a NetBSD-1.0/i386 host, that host appears to get confused
enough that it will then appear to just hang. This is a fairly
effective way of nuking someone's system until they get back and
manually reboot it.

PS: Is there really no support for nfsd under NetBSD-1.0, or is there
some special patch/file required to use NetBSD as an NFS server?

Sincerely,

Jon Radoff
