Hi,

I just installed NetBSD 1.0 in a Everex Tempo system, 386SX 20MHz; 4 Mb RAM;
5 1/4 floppy; HD 80MB - wd0: 1039 cyl, 9 head, 18 sec, <Maxtor 7080 AT>;
ethernet controller SMC/WD8013EPC ISA - ed2: port 0x300-0x31f, iomem
0xcc000-0xcffff, irq 10, using BNC.

Since I booted it from the installation boot disk it says 'stray interrupt 7'.
I managed to install NetBSD successfully, but before I copy the kernel to the
hard disk and booted it (from HD), the system dies ...

It manages to recognize all devices, and its last words are:

biomask 4040 netmask 41a
changing root device to wd0a
panic: init died (signal 0, exit 1)
syncing disks ... done

dumping etc, etc.

Sometimes it says:

wdc0: warning: busy-wait took xxxx us ...

Is it possible that its a hardware problem of my machine?

Thanks,

Wagner
