	dump(8) and restore(8) do not honour the file flags, and thus they
	are lost without warning when using dump and restore.

>How-To-Repeat:

	make a file unchange able with 'chflags schg file', and then use
	dump and restore on this file(system), and the schg file will be
	gone.
