>Description:
	ftpd (8) manpages are incorrect in one step in configuring for
	public ftp access. The administrator needs to copy /etc/pwd.db
	to ~ftp/etc instead of passwd(5) for the ls command to be able
	to procude owner names rather than numbers.
>How-To-Repeat:
	man 8 ftpd and look in instructions to configure machine for
	public ftp access.
>Fix:
root@punk:/usr/share/man/cat8>diff -c ./ftpd.0.~1~ ./ftpd.0
*** ./ftpd.0.~1~  Mon Sep 26 23:57:18 1994
