>Description:
Transmitting packets over a raw socket causes the packets to
be mangled somewhere in the socket code.
>How-To-Repeat:
Use traceroute to trace the route to some host. Use tcpdump
on either the same or any other host to watch the the UDP
length field. Compare with output from traceroute on hosts
running other Unices or older NetBSD versions (not the new
	4.4Lite code).
>Fix:
	Not known as of yet.
