>Description:
If not trip has been completed by the time all cards have
been taken from the draw pile, mille goes into an infinte
loop of sending bells to the terminal. It should do a
delayed-action play until no plays can be made and then
	update the scores.
>How-To-Repeat:
play several hands trying to keep the computer from completing
a trip while NOT completing a trip. If you succeed in getting
all cards removed from the draw pile, you will see the problem.
>Fix:
	I haven't found a fix.
