Dear Developers,
	I found a very strange problem on NetBSD-0.9. When I use 'sendto'
system call on NetBSD to send ONE datagram packet. Server will receive
5 (even more) same packets from it.
	I doubt this is why some machines(Sun IPC, Linux) always gave me
'overrun error' and ping always reply 'duplicate packets'.
