Guys,

I have tried the library that Wolfgang has supplied, and it works OK
for me. I have not tried to batter it...

I have placed it on:

ftp.demon.co.uk:/pub/BSD/NetBSD/ports/non-us-crypt/srcsec09.tar.gz

preserving Wolfgang's file name. I now can "use" crypt. Wonderful.

I guess the bug report (bin/52) can go away now...
