I am pleased to introduce our new developer, Tamura Kent.

He is one of the most active developers of the PEACE
Project, an effort to provide a Win32 API implementation on
NetBSD.  In the NetBSD Project, he will be working on
reflecting their activity to the NetBSD Project, especially
on the toolchain and the development environment.
