this is a short note to let you all know that erik fair <fair@clock.org>
has completely taken over as the NetBSD Security Officer, effective from
1st july, 1999.  erik began helping me at the start of the year, and now
his "training" :-) is complete.


i will continue to be actively involved with security and NetBSD.  it
would be hard to stop entirely -- my brain appears to be hard wired now.


it's been a fun ride and i'll see you all on the flip side, and thanks
heaps to erik for taking over this role.
