Due to a problem at Cygnus's ISP, the mail and CVS servers on
netbsd.org were unreachable to most of the internet for a bit more
than 2 days.  We seem to be back on the air now, and mail is catching
up.

We'll be switching to another (much more responsive) ISP very soon, so
hopefully we won't see a problem like this again.
