I've written up more details on how to create packages.  It's still
probably incomplete and written from a slightly enlightened
perspective--I did a bunch of work on many packages which are at
ftp.netbsd.org today, and I did a bunch of improvement work on the
package tools.  But anyway, please look it over and send in
comments/improvements/more examples/etc.  (Maybe someone wants to
HTML-ify it?)
