continuing offers for 'James'

I know that nothing happens on NetBSD without somebody stepping up to
do the hard work, but I was wondering if we could set up some kind
of filter for all of these fabulous offers for 'James' that I keep
seeing.  They only seem to flow to netbsd-advocacy.  Is this list
just more besieged than other NetBSD lists, which don't seem to
forward much spam (or, somehow, my spamassassin does a better job
of nailing them).

Is there something I can do to help?
