What's the problem with using the image for Wikipedia?
I'd assume the entry talks about NetBSD in a way that benefits NetBSD, and 
as such I see no reason that it can't be used.

To my understanding, #2.1 ("Non-commercial use") applies for Wikipedia 
(unless I've missed something substantial :), and as such I don't think 
there's a problem.

How can we help?
