I don't think so. The NetBSD Guide is a good starting point for
people that already are familiar with Unix in common - I learnt a
lot with this. Contributing patches to the existing documentation
would be more helpful than maintain a separate documentation instance
anywhere (my opinion).

Sorry but these are no real reasons for starting a whole new
documentation in my eyes.

But a Wiki raises problems if you want to build a PDF version of
the content in an automated way.
