That's pretty nice looking, and it even scales pretty well at various
resolutions (except at 640 pixels width because of the very large logo
image size, maybe it could be a bit smaller?).

I fail to see the place for mirrors/language selection now also.

I didn't check it out with links and lynx yet, but that's to come :)

As for "binary emulation", "binary compatibility" seems more appropriate,
and I'm not sure if we want to keep that penguin image...  These are details
that can be fixed later though, since related to information content rather
than page layout.
