I thought that Hubert was subscribed to -advocacy and that an answer
might be of broader interest. Hubert's blog does not contain a comments
section, so it's not possible to discuss the topic there.

I assumed that -advocacy would be the appropriate forum for this, sorry if I
was wrong!
