CSS is a standard, so I don't see any reason not to use it.  Dillo and other
browsers without CSS are generally used by people who know the shortcomings
of their browser and don't mind plain-looking sites (I know I don't).

But even if CSS is a no-no, the site can still be adjusted to look the same
as the zcrisler one.  It might just be a lot more work ;)
