The NetBSD Project was approached regarding this article.  We had
anticipated the announcement of the new logo before the printed magazine
came out, so we granted permission to use the new logo.  They beat us to
it. ;-)

Similar case.

These ``leeks'' are unfortunate and should not have occurred (IMHO), but
in the end no big deal.
