also, during the congress i imported few packages related to
Blinkenlights.  namely emulators/blinkensim, graphics/blinkenthemes,
graphics/blinkentools, devel/blib and misc/blccc.

blinkensim is a Blinkenlights emulator, blinkenthemes are themes for the
emulator (such as the Haus des Lehrers in Berlin and Bilbiotheque
nationale de France in Paris), blinkentools are utilities for
manipulating Blinkenlights movies, blib is The Blinkenlights Library and
blccc is the brain of all Blinkenlights installations--Blinkenlights
Chaos Control Center.

to view Blinkenlights movies from (Berlin) (Paris)

do the following:

 - install emulators/blinkensim
 - install graphics/blinkentools
 - download the movies in Blinkenlights format from the above urls
 - run blinkensim in desired mode (see blinkensim --list)
    $ blinkensim hdl-640x480

 - feed the emulator with the desired movie
    $ bsend chat_noir.blm localhost

 - stare (note that the real thing is *much* more exciting ;)

have fun!
