Go into options, and turn off OGR.  :)

Or, in the .ini file, put:

[misc]
project-priority=3DRC5-72,OGR=3D0

That will tell it to use RC5-72 only.  From what I can tell, OGR has nothin=
g=20
to do with crypto, and I'd rather have my CPUs wasting electricity for some=
=20
obscure crypto-related project than a mathematical curiosity.
